Emotions that aren't fully processed don't disappear. They go underground and shape behavior from there — showing up as avoidance, shutdown, overreaction, or the quiet exhaustion of carrying weight you can't quite name. The journeys of Grief and Acceptance exist specifically for this: not to dwell in pain, but to move through it completely enough that it stops running you.

Behavioral — How change actually sticks

Insight without practice fades. What the six weeks actually look like.

  • Live Sessions — 90 minutes, once a week Each session opens with a chapter from Ritt's story — the narrative thread that carries the framework's wisdom through lived experience rather than lecture. From there: teaching grounded in science, small group conversation, and direct application. Not content to consume. Work to do together.

  • Daily Accountability — paired, rotating, real Each week you're connected with two new people from the group. A morning intention. An evening check-in. Simple structure that creates the consistent practice new patterns actually require. Growth doesn't happen in the sessions. It happens in the days between them.

  • The Giant Tribe Community — private, off-social A dedicated space for honest sharing, guided discussion, and genuine peer support. Structured challenges and connector roles keep it from becoming passive. This is a community of people doing real work — which means the conversations are different from anywhere else you've been.
