1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By entering into an agreement to receive coaching or participate in any of our programs—whether paid, on scholarship, or expressly agreed to by formal or verbal acknowledgement—these Terms apply to you in full.

By accessing, purchasing, or using the website, products, and services provided by The 12 Journeys™ ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in our programs.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE

By using this service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

State Law Compliance: In compliance with Utah laws SB48 and SB26, the services provided by the 12 Journeys™ are strictly for educational and wellness coaching purposes only and do not constitute clinical mental health therapy.

Scope of Practice: We are legally prohibited from diagnosing, treating, or managing clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, or personality disorders. This content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

User Responsibility: If you exhibit symptoms of a clinical disorder, you must seek care from a licensed mental health professional. If you are currently under the care of a therapist, please consult them regarding the use of this program alongside your treatment.

3. Nature of Services

The 12 Journeys™ provides educational content, self-help tools, and coaching designed to assist with personal development, nervous system regulation, and identity reshaping.
 

• No Professional Relationship: Use of our content does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.

• No Guarantees: While we believe in the power of the "Giant" framework, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your own effort, background, and unique physiology.
   

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in The 12 Journeys™ (including but not limited to videos, text, PDF workbooks, AI applications, Notebook LM modules, the "12 Journeys" methodology, and logos) is the exclusive property of Mandelbrot Productions, LLC.
 

• License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Prohibitions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share your login credentials with others. Unauthorized sharing of course materials is a violation of copyright law and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
   

5. User Conduct

If you participate in our community forums, group calls, or comment sections, you agree to:
 

• Maintain a respectful and safe environment for others.

• Refrain from hate speech, harassment, or sharing illegal content.

• Respect the privacy of other members. Violation: We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately if you violate these community standards.
   

6. Payments and Refunds
 

• Payment: You agree to pay the fees associated with the program as listed at the time of purchase.

• Refund Policy: We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you explore the coursework and feel the content and methodology are not the right fit for you, simply email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
   

7. Limitation of Liability
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 12 Journeys™ and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. You agree that your use of the program is at your sole risk.
 
8. Governing Law
 
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these services shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Utah.
